I am Adam Parker. I live and work on the west side of Houston. We currently manage 20+ listings from Houston through Katy and Richmond, all the way to Sealy.

Where we work
Boots-on-the-ground co-hosting is the Houston west corridor. That includes these jurisdictions:
- City of Houston, including the west side and Energy Corridor
- Unincorporated Harris County
- City of Katy (Harris, Fort Bend, and Waller counties)
- City of Fulshear
- City of Richmond
- City of Rosenberg
- Unincorporated Fort Bend County
- City of Brookshire and City of Pattison in Waller County
- City of Sealy in Austin County
If the house is in that corridor, we can be on-site. HOA and city rules still have to be checked address by address.
Dallas, South Padre Island, Pensacola
Those are not current service areas. Turns, lockouts, and inspections need a local team. Remote messaging and pricing can be discussed later. We will not claim coverage we do not have.
How we host
The guest experience is hotel-level operations with a person on the other end of the thread. We also list and manage on Vrbo and Furnished Finder when it fits the property.
